The Indy Center for Conflict Resolution (ICCR) is a vital part of the public-private collaborative efforts led by the Indy Public Safety Foundation to reduce violence in Marion County. As a free and neutral mediation service, ICCR offers an array of benefits, including saving time and money, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering cooperation.
The center addresses various types of conflicts, such as those between landlords and tenants, employers and employees, police and the community, consumers and businesses, families, neighbors, and individuals.

Community mediation resolves 86% of cases in an average of just one day, preventing potential escalations before they even begin. ICCR's mediation services come at no cost, ensuring equitable access for all.
