  • Conflict Resolution Program Coordinator
    The Program Manager contributes significantly to the day-to-day implementation of our efforts as a center to provide conflict resolution services. They will assist in the strategic design of activities; prepare and participate in programming; dialogue with local stakeholders; support operations; coordinate with volunteers and staff; spearhead the potential development of new conflict resolution initiatives; conduct field visits; and oversee monitoring and evaluation of activities.

  • Domestic Violence Champion
    The Domestic Violence Champion will be boots on the ground in the community, helping decrease domestic violence. Connecting victims and survivors with support while being a direct resource to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), domestic violence agencies and the community.

  • Domestic Violence Intake Champion
    The Domestic Violence Intake Champion will be the first voice someone hears when calling our agency. The Intake Champion will assess the needs of the caller and directly connect them with a Champion or another domestic violence servicing agency. This person will be the connector of incoming crisis calls.
